Climate: Atlantic.
Vinification: Fermentation 50% in used oak casks and 50% in Stainless steel. Batonage 2 times a month until February. Bottled in April 2005.
Tasting Notes: A lemony and floral note, the palate is fresh with a good body and creamy. Long mineral finish.
